Poladroid

I have been using Poladroid since they decided to give us PC users a chance, in simple terms, Poladroid is a polaroid making software.
The way it works is as easy as draging a jpg on the polaroid camera on your desktop and it transforms it into a polaroid picture, with all the goodies, the darker edges, the color shifts (you can control the image at every stage).
It's as realistic as can be, and you also have to wait for the image to appear... Download it here, it's free.
